What is quantum energy and how does it work?
Quantum energy refers to the vibrational forces that make up the universe at the subatomic level. Everything in existence (including our bodies) is composed of energy vibrating at specific frequencies. By harnessing and directing coherent quantum energy through our products and therapies, we help restore balance, promote healing, and enhance overall well-being.
Albert Einstein captured the foundational principle: "The field is the sole governing agency of the particle." The field doesn't follow matter; it governs it. Change the field, and you change what matter does. Q-Vibe products work at the field level; upstream of chemistry, upstream of symptoms, which is why their effects can be both rapid and lasting.
What is HKs and what does it mean?
HKs stands for Hawkins Kinesiological Scale, a measurement system developed by Dr. David Hawkins that quantifies levels of energetic coherence and consciousness. The scale ranges from 1 to 1,000+, with higher numbers representing greater energetic coherence, vitality, and field intensity.
Every Q-Vibe product is infused with a specific HKs level, from 528HKs in our entry-level copper bracelet, to 66,000HKs in our 4-tower Large Quartz Grid. The HKs number tells you the quantum charge level of the product and helps you understand its relative power and field intensity.
Important: HKs is a measure of quantum charge, not a frequency. A bracelet infused with 7,777HKs carries 7,777 units of quantum charge, which contains over 1,000 targeted frequencies within it.
Is this too much quantum energy? How much do I need?
Some quantum energy brands recommend starting at lower power levels and gradually working your way up, cautioning that too much quantum energy too soon can feel overwhelming as the body adjusts. That approach works for their products. It doesn't apply to ours.
Q-Vibe's proprietary frequency formula is designed with a built-in intelligence: your cells and body will only absorb as much quantum energy as they are ready to receive at any given time. How are your products infused with quantum energy and frequencies?
Our products are infused using advanced proprietary quantum technology that embeds specific healing frequencies into the materials at the energetic level. How long does the quantum energy last in the products?

Do I need to do anything special to maintain my Q-Vibe products?
No special energetic maintenance is required; the quantum infusion is permanent. Simply keep your products clean and free from damage to ensure they remain in good condition.
Copper bracelets & pyramid: Clean with a mixture of vinegar and sea salt, or baking soda and lemon, applied with a soft cloth. Rinse with water and polish. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners.
Quartz jewelry & grids: Wipe with a soft microfiber cloth. For deeper cleaning, rinse with lukewarm water and mild soap, then dry thoroughly. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners and prolonged direct sunlight.
Copper water bottle: Hand wash only with mild soap and warm water. Not dishwasher safe.
Patches: Apply to clean, dry skin. No special maintenance required.
How long does the Quantum Energy last in the products?
The quantum infused energy and infused frequencies are designed to last indefinitely. However, the benefits may become more noticeable with consistent use as your body aligns with the product’s energy field.
What if the products don't create the shift I'm looking for?
If the products don't create the shift you expected, it doesn't mean they are not working. It usually means something deeper is driving the imbalance; or something in how you are holding the experience may be slowing the process down.

Can I use my bracelet to charge or harmonize other objects?

My copper bracelet is leaving a green tint on my skin. Is that normal?
Completely normal and completely harmless. The green tint is a result of copper oxidizing in contact with your skin's natural moisture and chemistry, the same process that turns the Statue of Liberty green. It is not a sign of poor quality, allergy, or any harmful reaction.
To clean it, follow the "Care Instructions" on each specific product page.
To minimize the tint: keep the bracelet dry, wipe it down after wearing, and avoid wearing it during exercise or showering. The effect is individual; some people experience it more than others depending on their skin's natural acidity.
Does the Buy One Give One program apply to all jewelry?
The Buy One Give One program applies to bracelets only; copper and crystal quartz. Pendants are not included in this program.

QUANTUM GRIDS — SMALL & LARGE
How do the quartz grid towers actually work?
Each tower emits a beam of quantum frequency energy that radiates outward across your space. Where two beams intersect, a quantum vortex forms at the combined power of both towers. Where three or four beams intersect, additional vortex points form and compound, creating a network of coherent energy nodes distributed throughout every room simultaneously. How do I clean the copper water bottle?

Do I need to have tried the products first before booking a session?
No, sessions and products serve different layers of the same goal and can be used in any order. How many sessions do I need?
There is no fixed number, it depends on the depth of what is driving the pattern. Some people notice a clear shift after one session. Others uncover layers that have been running for years and benefit from more time to fully release.
We recommend spacing sessions 7 to 10 days apart to allow your system time to integrate. This is not about rushing results, it is about allowing real change to occur at the level where the pattern was created.
One thing worth knowing: the more a person tends toward control, rigidity, or skepticism; the longer the process can take. Not because the work isn't reaching them, but because the grip itself is part of what needs to release. What does a session include and how much does it cost?
Both QCA and QEMD sessions are approximately 60 minutes and are priced at $175 USD per session.
QCA session includes
Live 60-minute session via Google Meet with Miguel. Energy scanning, identification of blocks and imbalances, clearing and alignment using appropriate modalities (Reiki, Oracle guidance, past life work, Biodecoding), direct feedback and guidance in real time.
QEMD session includes
45 minutes of remote field mapping and decoding by Luis, no live interaction required during this phase. Followed by a 15-minute live integration call to review what was identified and discuss next steps.
Do I need to prepare for a session?
For QCA: Nothing to study or prepare in advance. Join from a quiet space where you can be present and focused. Miguel will guide you from the start. Be open to receiving what comes up, including feedback that may be unexpected.
For QEMD: During booking, you will be asked to upload a clear recent photo of your face (no coverings, neutral expression) and an optional area of concern. That is enough. You do not need to relive experiences or organize your story. The session is led by your field, not your narrative. The most helpful thing you can do is be open and allow the process to work.

How do I book a QCA session with Miguel?
Booking is simple, visit the QCA session page, click on "SCHEDULE A SESSION," choose a time that works for you on Miguel's calendar, and pay and complete the booking through our website. The session takes place live via Google Meet. You will receive confirmation and joining instructions after booking.
How do I book a QEMD session with Luis?
Visit the QEMD session page, choose a time that works for you on Luis's calendar, during your booking, you will be asked to submit a recent photo, an optional area you would like support with, pay and complete the booking. From there, the remote session is conducted by Luis, followed by a live 15-minute integration call.
