All sales are final.
Our products are energetically infused and our services are delivered remotely or digitally. Because of this, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed or a session has been completed.
You are not purchasing a guaranteed outcome. You are purchasing support. Individual experiences may vary.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please visit our Contact Page. Under "What is your inquiry about?" select "Damaged or Incorrect Item(s) Received" and the "Order Number" and the "Attachment" fields will appear . Type your order number and upload a clear photo(s) evidence of the issue. Under "How can we help you? " type a detailed explanation of the issue.
Once we review your request, if approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed within standard business timeframes. In stock products will ship in 1 to 2 business days. Custom Quantum Infused Frequency products will ship in 3 to 5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
We are not responsible for:
Delays caused by shipping carriers.
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
If you would like additional protection, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout.

Once a session has been completed, it is non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling.
