5. SCOLARSHIPS
Scholarship applications are reviewed biannually, and awards are granted at our sole discretion based on need and available funding.
6. PAYMENTS & FINAL SALE
All purchases are final.

7. APPOINTMENTS & SERVICES
We understand emergencies happen. For all our sesions including QEMD sessions:
Are not therapy or medical treatment.
Are non-refundable once completed.
Require 24-hour notice for rescheduling.
Missed sessions may be forfeited and non-refundable.
We request that clients provide us with 24 hours notice to reschedule your appointment.
Appointments may be rescheduled online, via a link included on your scheduling confirmation email. If a last minute emergency should arise, please send us a message via our Contact Page.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content in this website, including but not limited to text, logos, images, videos, and downloadable material, is the property of Quantum Vibration Wellness or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
